What we collect

When you submit the quote form or the estimate tool, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, address, the job details you describe and any photos you reference. If you call or text (601) 488-2960, we see your number the way any business phone does. The website itself does not run advertising trackers and does not sell visitor data to anyone.

How we use it

To respond to your request: pricing the cut, scheduling the work and following up on the quote. Your contact information goes into our scheduling and messaging tools so we can text or email you back, and nowhere else. We do not add form submitters to marketing lists.

Who else touches it

The form and phone systems run on third-party infrastructure (hosting, messaging and email providers) that processes the data to deliver it to us. Those providers act on our instructions. We do not share your information with other businesses except where a job you requested requires it, for example coordinating with your own contractor at your direction.

Retention and your choices

Quote records stay in our systems as ordinary business records. If you want your contact information deleted, email [email protected] from the address you used and we will remove it, subject to records we are required to keep for completed work. Reply STOP to any text from us and the texting stops.
